We exercise faith constantly in the physical realm, yet often struggle to put that same active trust into practice spiritually. The mirror analogy is particularly striking: God's Word shows us who we really are, not who we pretend to be, and then reveals who He wants us to become. This isn't about earning salvation through works; it's about recognizing that authentic faith naturally produces action. When we truly trust God, our lives reflect that trust through our words, our responses to difficulty, and our willingness to let Him clean house in our hearts.
